Ravneet is a registered clinical counsellor who is currently working toward completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology. She completed her Bachelors in Psychology at the University of British Columbia and Masters in Clinical Psychology at Pacific University. She is known as a practitioner who is committed to providing safe spaces for her clients to process and recover from life’s hardships.We each have a fundamental need to be understood, valued, and accepted. Ravneet strives to create a collaborative relationship with her clients where they feel empowered in their healing journey. Ravneet has experience working with adults of all ages and supporting them in navigating stress, anxiety, depression, significant life experiences, grief, and trauma. Her approach to therapy is integrative, person-centered, and evidence-based with a focus on meeting the unique needs, identities, and lived experiences of her clients. She is trained in cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and exposure therapy. Beyond supporting her clients, Ravneet spends her time finishing her doctoral research in clinical psychology, spending time with loved ones, running, and painting.
