Kiren earned her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia after completing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at Simon Fraser University. Her passion for physiotherapy began through her own experiences as an athlete, where managing injuries sparked a deep interest in human movement and rehabilitation.
Kiren has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and sports-related issues. She takes a personalized approach to care, integrating manual therapy, exercise prescription, and dry needling (IMS) to help patients regain function and move pain-free. She believes in working collaboratively with her patients, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and long-term well-being.
Outside the clinic, Kiren stays active through spin, volleyball, and weightlifting, and she loves traveling to explore new places.
