Inder holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Simon Fraser University and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton. She has extensive experience treating workplace injuries, motor vehicle accidents, post-operative rehabilitation, athletic injuries, and neurological conditions.
Dedicated to patient-centered care, Inder takes a personalized approach to treatment, tailoring each plan to her patients’ unique goals and needs. She combines evidence-based manual therapy techniques with active rehabilitation strategies to enhance recovery and restore function. Collaboration is at the heart of her practice—she works closely with patients to ensure they feel informed, empowered, and actively engaged in their rehabilitation journey.
Having personally experienced rehabilitation, Inder brings empathy and understanding to her work, guiding patients with both expertise and compassion. Fluent in English and Punjabi, she is committed to serving a diverse community with inclusive, accessible care.
Outside the clinic, Inder leads an active lifestyle, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and spending time with family—especially when cheering on the Vancouver Canucks.
